Our Products

Válvulas Zubi S.L. has been manufacturing valves since 1979, initially focusing on the exclusive production of diaphragm valves and later expanding its range to include knife gate and check. Their wide array of products includes square fabricated valves as well as many customized variations made to order.

Seal rings and packings on the valves specified to suit the application, media, concentration, and temperature. These valves are used in applications involving powders, suspended solids, and fluids, making them suitable for under-hopper applications where media can fall away from the seat area.

The ZUBI S200 Uni-directional and S700 Bi-direction valves are stocked as standard. We offer sizes ranging from 50 to 400 mm in Cast Iron and Stainless Steel, with PN10/16 flanges, handwheel, cylinder, and ISO top operation.

General Purpose Valves
At ProEx Valves, we supply a complete range of valves, including ball, gate, globe, and check valves for water, oil, air, and gas services, all available from stock. Materials include cast iron, brass, bronze, and stainless steel. All end connections are catered for, from screwed BSP and NPT, compression-ended, to Imperial, DIN, and ASA flanged. Pressure ratings up to 6000 psi can be supplied.

Starline and Pekos
We offer petrochemical ball valves in cast iron, steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. All end connections can be supplied, welded pups, with ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500. All valves are fire-safe to BS6755 Part 2 standard and anti-static in accordance with BS5351. DIN 54009 3.1b certification is provided as standard. Actuated versions are supplied with all accessories.

Bellows Sealed Globe Valves
ProEx Valves can supply bellows sealed globe valves made from cast iron to exotic alloys. End connections are available from PN10 to PN64 and equivalent Imperial and ASA ratings. The valves offer 'zero leakage,' making them ideal for thermal oil, steam, and fluids where spillage increases costs or causes harm.
